Terms of delivery

We offer different delivery methods:

Metropolitan France, Belgium, Monaco and Andorra

  • Paris (75) only: express delivery by electric bike, the same day
    • allow a few hours including order preparation time and shipping
    • price: approximately €10-20 depending on distance, price calculated automatically when placing the order with our partner Stuart
  • home delivery in 2-4 working days
    • price: free
  • delivery to relay point in 2-4 working days
    • price: free
    • choice of relay point after payment

European Union, Switzerland

  • home delivery in 3-5 working days
    • price: free

Overseas France

  • home delivery in 5-10 working days
    • price: 20€
    • free from 300€ purchase

    International (all other countries, including USA and China)

    • home delivery in 5-10 working days
      • price: 20€
      • free from 300€ purchase

    Return, Exchange and Refund Conditions

    In mainland France or in the European Union:

    Returns or Exchanges:

    Deadline: You have 14 days after receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange.

    Fees: Items must be sent in their original condition and packaging. A flat rate of €10 per return is charged.

    Condition of the items: Returned products must be in their original packaging, with their labels and in perfect condition for sale.

    Refund: If a refund must take place, it will be made within 14 days of receipt of your package, by the original means of payment, provided that the return meets the criteria set out above. You will be notified by email of the refund of your order.

    Return procedure:

    1. Sign into your account
      1. Click on the profile icon in the store navigation or click on the following url https://shopify.com/68407886090/account
      2. Enter the email with which you placed the order
      3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
      4. Return to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.
    2. Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.
    3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
    4. Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.
    5. Click Request a Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
    6. If there is a problem, send us an email to contact@waste.paris with your order information.

    Outside mainland France or the European Union:

    Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges outside of France or the European Union at this stage.
