RETURN WINDOW — 14 days after receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In their original packaging
RETURNS
- France & European Union: free returns
- Europe outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK): flat fee of €10
- International (all other countries): flat fee of €20

EXCHANGES
- France & European Union: free exchanges (return and reshipment covered)
- Europe outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK): flat fee of €10 (return + reshipment)
- International (all other countries): flat fee of €40 (return + reshipment), excluding islands or hard-to-reach areas
SALE ITEMS — Same policy as above.
REFUNDS — Processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection, to your original payment method.
SELF-SERVICE RETURN PROCESS
- Log in to your account at https://account.waste.paris/ using the email address from your order.
- Select the relevant order and choose the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a return reason, add a note if needed, then click Request a return.
Once your request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and, depending on your country, a prepaid return label.
